1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using triprovo ("the Service") at triprovo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered account holders.

2. Description of Service

triprovo is an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates personalized day-by-day itineraries, budget breakdowns, and travel recommendations. The Service includes trip planning tools, collaboration features, expense tracking, travel journals, and community itinerary sharing.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated itineraries for your specific circumstances. Always verify travel information (visa requirements, safety conditions, opening hours, prices) with official sources before traveling.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with access to 1 AI-generated trip plan and basic features. No credit card is required for the free trial. The trial automatically ends after 3 days, after which access to Pro features requires an active paid subscription.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. All prices are in USD. By subscribing, you authorize triprovo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing interval.

• Immediate charge: Subscriptions are charged immediately upon purchase. There is no trial period on paid subscriptions.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your profile page. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
• Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. triprovo does not store your full payment card details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use triprovo to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Abuse or overload the AI generation features (e.g., automated bulk generation)
• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing in community features
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on triprovo (trip plans, journal entries, etc.). By using the Service, you grant triprovo a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

When you make a trip plan public in the community section, you grant other users the right to view and fork (copy) your itinerary for their personal use.

8. Intellectual Property

triprovo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by triprovo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated travel content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional travel or safety advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, triprovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to triprovo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
